You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we receive your order. All items are subject to availability of the item. It may take up to 2 weeks for delivery of your order.
Most shipments are made by USPS. If this is not quick enough you may choose UPS. Anywhere in Michigan is next day.
Due to the constant fluctuation of inventory, this website does not contain availability of items. Occasionally an item may be on back order and will be shipped as soon as the manufacturer can supply which can range from 1-8 weeks. If you placed an order and requested RUSH DELIVERY, you will be contacted with possible alternatives you may be interested in so you may receive your order in the time you requested.

Different Strokes will upon approval extend 30 day terms to schools and clubs. We will not ship past due accounts and a 1 1/2% per month service charge will be added. All prices are subject to change without notice.

All of the merchandise carried by Different Strokes will be exactly as represented in the catalog and free of faulty materials and workmanship. We replace any item which you are not fully satisfied with for a period of 30 days from shipment. No items may be returned beyond that period of time. See Refund Policy for further details.

All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We will not issue any refunds on merchandise that has been already worn in the water. Returns will only be honored on those accounts which are current and $3.00 per item must be included for shipping any exchanges. Any team account returning merchandise after 10 days but before 30 days will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

No refunds or returns for exchange on any custom ordered items. Any other item may be returned for credit for up to 10 days of original invoice.

Custom Orders are any and all items including but not limited to swimsuits and warmups that have been embroidered or screened with an organization's name, team logo or athlete's name.
CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELGIBLE FOR RETURN IN ANY SITUATION. Therefore, it is in your best interest to approve all artwork and design prior to finalization of order.

We are here to help make your team apparel as appealing as possible. With that in mind, we ask that you contact a customer service representative to place any team or custom design orders at (248)477-0521 or toll free (800)828-2623. The following information will be helpful to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
1. SELECT A TEAM CONTACT. One person on your team should place ALL team orders. Multiple orders with multiple contacts tends to lead to mistakes and delays the process.
2. PLAN AHEAD. Any custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks longer than standard product orders because of manufacturer availability, artwork design and service time. It is important that you set a FIRM DEADLINE with all team members for custom orders. Late orders will not be added onto the original one but rather ordered as single items. Also keep in mind the time frame in which you are ordering. During the beginning weeks of every swim season is a busy time for us since ALL teams are ordering their suits. Printing and embroidery are on a first come, first serve basis and NO RUSH FEES will be offered. Plan accordingly--the earlier you order, the better chance all apparel/suits will be completed prior to your deadline.
3. GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PLACEMENT. All first time embroidery orders will incur a $40.00 one-time disc charge for set up. You will only pay this again if you change the artwork. Logos can only be as large as what fits the smallest suit size ordered. Oversize logo prints may cost more per suit.
